Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. The price is fixed and includes tolls, standard waiting time and VAT. Any night or holiday supplement is shown in the quote, so nothing is added after the ride.
Can I book for today or tonight?
The booking form needs at least 24 hours before pickup. For less notice, message us on WhatsApp.
When do I pay?
After you send your request, we reply with a payment link that works for 24 hours. Your booking is confirmed once you have paid, and we then send a second email to confirm it.
What if my flight is late?
Give us your flight number and we follow it in real time. Your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time, and free waiting is 60 minutes after landing. Without a flight number it is 15 minutes from your chosen pickup time.
Where do I meet my driver?
Your driver waits at the pickup point with a name sign, 15 minutes early.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the service, we refund you. With less than 24 hours' notice, we charge the full price and do not refund it. See our terms.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge on request when you book. Tell us the age and number of children.
Can you handle groups and events?
Yes. We arrange sedans, vans and buses for anything from a small meeting to a large event.
How does hourly hire work?
The minimum is 3 hours, with 20 km included per hour. Hourly hire must start and end at the same place. Extra time and distance cost €60 per hour and €1.00 per km in a Sedan, or €70 per hour and €1.50 per km in a Minivan. For a one-way trip, please book a transfer.
