Data we collect
When you contact us via email, phone, WhatsApp or any form on this site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiries, provide quotes and manage bookings.
How we use your data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We may retain contact details and correspondence for the time necessary to fulfil contracts, handle disputes and comply with legal obligations.
If we wrote to your company first
We sometimes introduce our services to travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs that sell Sicily. We only write to business email addresses that the company publishes on its own website, and we note where we found them. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If a named person replies, we keep their name, business email and our correspondence only to continue the conversation. If you reply "no thanks", or ask us by email, we stop writing and keep only your company name and address on a do-not-contact list, so that we do not write again. Companies that do not reply are removed from our list after 24 months.
