Who these terms are for
These terms apply to private travellers who book a transfer through the booking form on this site. Travel agencies and tour operators work under their own written terms.

How a booking works
You send a request through the booking form. We reply by email with the price and a payment link. The link works for 24 hours. Your booking is confirmed only after you have paid, and we then send you a second email to confirm it. If you do not pay in 24 hours, the request is closed and you can send a new one.
Send the request at least 24 hours before the pickup. For less notice, message us on WhatsApp.
Price
The price in our email is fixed. It includes tolls, standard waiting time and VAT. Night and holiday supplements, where they apply, are shown in the quote, so nothing is added after the ride.
Vehicles and luggage
The Business Sedan takes up to 3 passengers. The Business Minivan takes up to 7 passengers.
A Sedan takes 2 checked suitcases. From the third checked suitcase you need a Minivan. Two carry-on bags count as one checked suitcase.
Flights and waiting time
You choose the pickup time. If you book a pickup at the airport and give us your flight number, we follow the flight status and your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time. The free waiting time is then 60 minutes after the flight lands.
If you do not give a flight number, the free waiting time at the airport is 15 minutes from the pickup time you chose.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel a paid booking more than 24 hours before the service, we refund it. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the service, we charge 100% of the price and we do not refund it.
