What a wedding asks of the transfers
Guests land on different flights, the venue may sit on a narrow road, and nobody leaves at the same time.
-
Different flights, one arrival plan
Give us the flight numbers and we plan the airport pickups around the real landing times.
-
Vehicles that suit the road
On the narrow roads around Taormina a full-size coach is not always the right choice. We arrange sedans, vans and buses, and propose the set that fits the road and the guest list.
-
A return in several departures
Guests leave when the party ends, not all at once. We run the return as a shuttle with a stated frequency, not as a single departure.
How we plan it
-
You send the basics
Date, venue, number of guests and where they arrive from. If something is not settled, write “to be confirmed” and we plan with stated assumptions.
-
We reply with a movement plan
Vehicles, departure times and return frequency for each day, with the assumptions written down.
-
You get a quote in blocks
Arrivals, daily shuttle, evening return and departures are quoted separately, so one block can change without redoing the rest.
Example: 50 guests and a venue 7 km from the hotel
An illustration of how a plan is built, not a quote.
All guests sleep in one hotel and must be at the venue by 15:00. Assume minibuses of 19 seats. A round trip takes about 45 minutes in season (20 to 25 minutes each way), plus 8 minutes to load and unload. The last trip counts only its one-way time: 25 minutes.
We count whole trips, not total minutes, because the last trip only has to arrive on time: trips per vehicle = (time window − one-way time) ÷ trip cycle, rounded down, plus one.
One minibus could do it only by leaving at 12:45 for three trips, with no margin if anything goes wrong. The return after dinner is sized the same way, on its own window.
- Guests to move
- 50
- Time window (first departure 13:30, at the venue by 15:00)
- 90 min
- One trip there and back, with loading
- 53 min
- Trips per minibus in the window
- 2
- One minibus: seats offered
- 38, not enough
- Two minibuses: seats offered
- 76, enough
Animated diagram of the example, in two scenes. Arrival: two minibuses leave the hotel at 13:30 with 19 guests each and reach the venue at 13:55. They drive back, load the last 12 guests, leave again at 14:23 and arrive at 14:48, 12 minutes before the 15:00 deadline. Return after dinner: from 23:30 a minibus leaves the venue about every 25 minutes, six departures until 01:41, carrying the guests who are ready to go; the last guests are back at the hotel at 02:06. The scene buttons, the play button and the time slider move through it.
Both minibuses are at the hotel at 13:30.
What you can rely on
-
Flights followed
We follow your guests’ flights on Flightradar24, so the driver knows when they actually land.
-
Early at the pickup point
Your driver is there 15 minutes before the agreed time.
-
Vehicles checked
Every vehicle is checked before each service, from cleanliness to mechanical condition.
-
A spare vehicle
If a vehicle has a problem, one of the same class is sent, so a confirmed booking is never left uncovered.

Questions from wedding planners
When should we get in touch?
As soon as the date and the venue are set. The numbers do not have to be final: write “to be confirmed” where something is open, and we plan with the assumptions stated.
What happens if the guest list changes?
Tell us and we size the affected block again. The plan is quoted in blocks (arrivals, daily shuttle, evening return, departures), so a change in one does not mean starting over.
How do you handle guests on different flights?
We follow every flight on Flightradar24, so the driver knows when guests actually land.
Do you provide buses as well as cars?
Yes. We arrange sedans, vans and buses. Around Taormina we propose the set that fits the road and the guest list, which can mean smaller vehicles on a shuttle.
Are prices fixed in advance?
Yes. Each block of the plan is quoted in advance, tolls and parking included. Night and holiday supplements, where they apply, are shown in the quote. Extra rides ordered beyond the agreed plan are quoted before they run.
Who do we call on the wedding day?
Our emergency line, by phone or WhatsApp, stays open for the whole duration of every service in progress. For large events, one or more coordinators follow the operations on the day and do nothing else.
